neath operates neathskin.com. This policy explains what information the website processes, why we process it, and the choices available to you.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use website activity to infer medical conditions or build health-based advertising audiences.
Information we collect
Information you provide
If you join the email list, contact us, or place an order after checkout is connected, we process the information needed to complete that request, such as your email address and order details. We do not send an email address through our analytics events.
Basic website operations
The site stores your analytics choice in your browser so we can remember it. Session storage may remember whether you entered through the self-buyer or gift-buyer path. These functions do not require advertising cookies.
When you open an approved campaign link, the site writes a basic first-party visit record to our hosting logs. The record contains the campaign assignment ID, campaign values, page path, and time. Our application does not add a cookie, browser identifier, name, email address, query string, referrer, or user-agent value to this record. This basic count operates without the optional analytics choice. Our hosting provider still processes the request information needed to deliver and secure the website.
Usage information you allow
After you allow analytics, we may process pages viewed, button and link interactions, cart events, scroll depth, browser and device type, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring page, and pseudonymous identifiers used to distinguish visits and revisits.
Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings
We use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate traffic and conversion measurement and Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and privacy-masked session recordings. Clarity can capture mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling so we can find confusing or ineffective parts of the site.
These services load only after you choose Allow analytics. Form values are masked from session recordings, and we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, or health-related answers to either service. Advertising storage, Google signals, and ad personalization are disabled in our site configuration.
Google and Microsoft act as service providers and may process information on servers outside your state or country under their own contractual and security safeguards. Their handling is also described in the Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement.

We configure the shortest practical retention available for conversion analysis and periodically delete information we no longer need. Provider-level deletion may take additional time to propagate through backups.
Your choices and rights
You can keep analytics off without losing access to the site. Use the button below at any time to allow or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent disables future analytics collection in this browser, asks the providers to revoke analytics consent, and removes known first-party analytics storage.
We honor browser Global Privacy Control signals by keeping analytics and session recording off. You can also clear site data through your browser.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, and to appeal or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify it, and some information may be retained where legally required.
Other details
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Links to other sites are governed by those sites’ policies. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as the store and its service providers change. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, where required, a renewed consent request.
